Is it obligatory for the male full-sibling heirs to divide the inheritance of their agricultural lands with the heirs of their full-sister paternal aunts, who did not receive their share of the inheritance during the lifetime of their fathers (the deceased male siblings)?

The man's heirs must give their paternal aunts their share of their father's inheritance, and not monopolize the land. They must also give them their share of the land's produce if their fathers did not do so. The deceased's estate is divided among all his heirs according to their prescribed shares, and it is impermissible to deprive daughters of inheritance. This is an act of the Jahiliyyah (pre-Islamic ignorance) that the Sharia abolished with the words of Allah Almighty: "Allah instructs you concerning your children: for the male, what is equal to the share of two females." (An-Nisa 4:11). Whoever deprives daughters of inheritance has in him a trace of Jahiliyyah, and is threatened with the punishment mentioned in the words of Allah Almighty: "And whoever disobeys Allah and His Messenger and transgresses His limits – He will admit him to a Fire, abiding eternally therein, and he will have a humiliating punishment." (An-Nisa 4:14).
