Should the agricultural land be sold and the inheritance divided, knowing that one of the daughters has passed away and has no heirs other than her husband?

If the deceased leaves behind only sons and daughters, the inheritance is distributed among them by 'asabah (agnatic succession), with the male receiving the share of two females, in accordance with the Almighty's saying: "Allah instructs you concerning your children: for the male, what is equal to the share of two females."

The inheritance is divided into eighteen shares, with each son receiving two shares and each daughter receiving one share. The share of the deceased daughter passes to her heirs.

It is not permissible to sell land that is part of the deceased's estate except with the consent of the heirs.
