What is the ruling of the Sharia regarding the inheritance of a plot of agricultural land by a deceased person who left behind his daughter and wife, and whose parents are still alive?

The daughter gets half, the father gets one-sixth, the mother gets one-sixth, and the wife gets one-eighth. The remaining portion is taken by the father through ta'seeb (agnatic inheritance), and the siblings receive nothing due to being excluded by the father. The inheritance should be divided into 24 shares: 5 for the father, 4 for the mother, 3 for the wife, and 12 for the daughter. It is advisable to refer inheritance matters to the Sharia courts, as there might be wills or debts of which the heirs are unaware.
