What is the ruling on adding ordinary musical tones to a commercial advertisement video for a permissible (halal) product to attract viewers?

It is forbidden to use musical sounds in video clips and other media, even if not accompanied by speech; this is due to what the Sharia has indicated regarding the prohibition of musical instruments, as in the Hadith: "There will be among my Ummah people who will consider unlawful sexual intercourse, silk, alcoholic drinks, and musical instruments as lawful." Narrated by Al-Bukhari. These can be replaced with permissible sounds.
