Have Hindus, Buddhists, and atheists committed polytheism (shirk) in the Oneness of God's Lordship (rububiyyah) and God's Divinity (uluhiyyah), and are they worse than the disbelievers of Quraish?

Humanity was upon monotheism from Adam (peace be upon him) until the people of Noah. The first polytheism occurred with the advent of Noah, and people were one nation then they differed. The polytheists of Arabia acknowledged Allah's Lordship and that He is the Creator, the Sustainer, the Disposer, but they claimed that their idols would bring them closer to Allah and intercede for them. The polytheists denied Allah's power to resurrect and bring back to life after death. Therefore, the polytheists acknowledged much of Lordship, such as creation, sustenance, and disposal, but they did not believe in all of it.
