How is an annual rent of 4,0 pounds, left by a deceased person, distributed to his wife, four sons, and one daughter?

The male heirs are fifteen, and the female heirs are ten. To determine how the inheritance is to be divided, the heirs must be precisely enumerated.

If the deceased left behind only his wife, his four sons, and his daughter, and no one else, then the wife receives one-eighth (1/8) due to the presence of a lineal descendant, as Allah states: "But if you have a child, then for them [i.e., the wives] is one eighth of what you leave, after any bequest you [may have] made or debt." The remainder goes to the sons and daughter by way of ta’sib (agnatic inheritance), with the male receiving the share of two females, as Allah states: "Allah instructs you concerning your children: for the male, what is equal to the share of two females."

The inheritance (and the aforementioned rent) is divided into 72 shares: the wife receives nine shares (500 EGP), each son receives fourteen shares (777.77 EGP), and the daughter receives seven shares (388.88 EGP).
