What is the ruling of Islam regarding imagining certain pleasures, such as women and girls, to relieve distress, while maintaining prayer and reciting the Quran?
It is not permissible for a Muslim to intentionally occupy his mind and thoughts with the charms of non- women. However, if such thoughts cross his mind without dwelling on them, there is no sin upon him. Intentionally dwelling on these thoughts and enjoying them is not permissible.
