Is uploading and distributing paid programs, which their producers do not permit to be distributed, and which have been purchased and distributed by an individual, considered forbidden or permissible? And does the same ruling apply to programs such as Windows and antivirus software?

If a Muslim purchases an original copy of a program, he is permitted to benefit from it by selling it or gifting it. However, it is not permissible to make copies of it for sale or gifting, due to the harm this inflicts upon the program's producer. This is in accordance with the Prophet's (peace be upon him) saying: "Muslims are bound by their conditions."
