What is the ruling regarding my aversion to my smoking husband and my informing him of my dislike of his smell, fearing to displease him and Almighty God?

Smoking is prohibited due to its impurity and harm. Its odor is foul and harms the smoker and those around him. The wife has the right to demand that her husband abstain from it, just as the husband can prevent his wife from eating anything with an offensive odor. If the husband refuses, she may seek separation due to the harm and injury. However, she must give him all his rights if she chooses patience and hopes for his guidance, and she is not permitted to refuse him in bed. She can show her dislike and displeasure with the smell while continuing to advise him, and she must be careful not to assist Satan against him.
