The oath is broken by the first instance of violating it, and the expiation is not repeated if the internet is turned on again, unless the intention at the time of swearing the oath was to repeatedly violate it. The violation is not repeated by repeating the act unless a صيغة (formulation) is used that implies repetition, such as saying "every time" or "whenever," or if repetition is intended.
