Is it permissible to engage in da'wah work, especially concerning women's issues, while committing some reprehensible acts? And does the warning "Do you enjoin righteousness upon the people while forgetting yourselves?" apply in this case, or does it have another interpretation?

Among the factors for a preacher's success is that their actions align with their words, that they are the quickest to implement what they preach, and the furthest from committing what they forbid. Otherwise, their words will be ineffective. Allah the Almighty has rebuked those who enjoin righteousness upon people while forgetting themselves. If your da'wah work pertains to women, you must be wary of their temptation and seek refuge in Allah. There is a severe warning for those who enjoin good but do not do it, or forbid evil but commit it, as mentioned in the hadith of Usama ibn Zayd. A person's falling into evil does not negate their obligation to denounce it.
