What is the authenticity of the following supplications for fear that siblings might tell parents about a sin committed by an underage person, leading to punishment: "Allah (God) suffices me, and He is the best Disposer of affairs," and "In the name of Allah (God) with whose Name nothing whatsoever on Earth or in Heaven does any harm, and He is the All-Hearing, the All-Knowing," and reciting (And We have put a barrier before them and a barrier behind them and covered them, so they do not see)? And what are the supplications for fear of parents?

You should advise the young man to regularly recite the morning and evening adhkar, especially Surat Al-Ikhlas and the two Mu'awwidhat (Surat Al-Falaq and Surat An-Nas) three times each. He should also maintain the congregational obligatory prayers and perform four rak'ahs at the beginning of the day. Additionally, he should be advised to adhere to the comprehensive du'as (supplications) through which prayers are answered and problems are solved, such as the supplication of Dhul-Nun and the du'a "Ya Hayyu Ya Qayyumu" (O The Ever-Living, O The Sustainer of all existence), the du'a for distress, and the du'a for worry and sorrow. It is recommended to say "Hasbiyallahu wa Ni'mal Wakeel" (Allah is sufficient for me, and [He is] the best Disposer of affairs) and to repeat "Hasbiyallahu la ilaha illa Huwa, 'alaihi tawakkaltu wa Huwa Rabbul 'Arshil 'Azim" (Allah is sufficient for me; there is no god but He. In Him I put my trust, and He is the Lord of the Mighty Throne) seven times in the morning and evening, and to say "Bismillahil-ladhi la yadurru ma'asmihi shay'un" (In the Name of Allah, with Whose Name nothing on earth or in the heavens can cause harm) three times. As for the verse "And We have put a barrier before them and a barrier behind them" (Surat Ya-Sin, 36:9), there is no authentic narration supporting its use for seeking refuge. The fatwa mentions that a boy is not held accountable before puberty, but his family must accustom him to acts of obedience and prevent him from forbidden acts.
