What is the ruling of the Shari'ah concerning a mother who constantly threatens her children with imprecations against them?

The supplication of parents for or against their children is answered. For this reason, the Prophet (peace be upon him) forbade supplicating against children and encouraged supplicating for them with goodness and righteousness, because the angels say "Amen" to their supplications. Similarly, children must honor their parents and avoid anything that displeases them, whether in word or deed. This is in accordance with the Almighty's saying: "And your Lord has decreed that you shall not worship except Him, and to parents, good treatment. Whether one or both of them reach old age [while] with you, say not to them [even] 'uff,' and do not repel them but speak to them a noble word. And lower to them the wing of humility out of mercy and say, 'My Lord, have mercy upon them as they raised me when I was small.'"
