Can you guide me to a fiqh text that grants the father guardianship over his children's selves?

Among the texts indicating a father's guardianship over his children is the hadith: "Every one of you is a guardian and is responsible for his subjects. The Imam is a guardian and is responsible for his subjects. A man is a guardian over his family and is responsible for his subjects." Ibn Qudamah stated in Al-Mughni: "The most entitled person to marry off a free woman is her father." Ibn al-Mundhir said in Al-Ijma': "They have agreed that the father manages the property of his minor child and their interests if he is trustworthy and honest, and the ruler has no right to prevent him from doing so."
