Is it permissible to recite Surat Al-Baqarah silently, without moving the tongue, in fulfillment of a vow to recite it after committing a certain sin, knowing that vocal recitation causes distress due to demonic possession (mass), and is it permissible to divide the required number of recitations over several days?

A vow made in the form of an oath, intended to encourage an action or prevent it, without the intention of making a vow or an act of devotion, is subject to the same ruling as an oath. If it is not fulfilled, the one who made the vow has the choice between fulfilling what he vowed or offering an expiation for an oath. If expiation is offered for the vow, reciting the surah (definition) is not obligatory. However, if recitation is chosen, the tongue must be moved during it.
