Drowning is considered martyrdom for a Muslim due to the pain and hardship involved, as stated in the hadith: "The martyrs are five: the one who dies of plague, the one who dies of a stomach ailment, the one who drowns, the one who dies under a falling building, and the martyr in the way of Allah." This virtue is specific to the people of Islam, and disbelievers have no share in it, because the texts of promise and warning are restricted by conditions, and the greatest condition for attaining the promise is Islam. Therefore, it is impossible for Pharaoh to enter Paradise because he died by drowning, as he died a disbeliever. As for the interpretation of dreams, that is not within our purview.
