What is the ruling on reading books that discuss marital life and the manner of intercourse if they arouse lust and lead to ejaculation? Is it permissible to refrain from reading them despite the need to learn these matters?

There is no objection to reading books that teach the etiquette of marital relations from the Qur’an and Sunnah and the words of the Salaf of the Ummah. One must learn the rulings of marriage and what entails from it, as the people of knowledge have stipulated this.
