Is reading erotic books forbidden?

If sexual books explain illicit sexual practices, it is not permissible to read them because they contain indecencies and incite desires. Their prohibition becomes more severe if they contain裸体 pictures. As for books that teach the etiquette of marital relations through the Quran and Sunnah, they are permissible because they aid in matters of religion and help in fulfilling the wife's rights.
