The answer

Authentic hadiths have been narrated concerning the intercession of the Quran on the Day of Resurrection for its companions who acted upon it. The memorizer of the Quran who acts upon it will not be deprived of this intercession, Allah willing. However, specifying a certain number or a particular manner for intercession requires authentic texts from revelation. We do not know of any that mentions the memorizer of the Quran interceding for seventy of his family members. As for the hadith that mentions his intercession for ten of his family members, its chain of narration is weak.
