Does painting children's faces with shapes such as cats, dogs, and butterflies constitute altering Allah's creation?

This act disfigures the human face, which Allah has honored, and it involves drawing animate beings, which is forbidden. It is also considered an imitation of disbelievers. Furthermore, jurists have considered it to be in the meaning of mutilation (muthla). Therefore, it contains several prohibitions, making it disliked in some instances and forbidden in others.
