Muslim deceased must be buried in a separate cemetery designated for them. It is not permissible to bury them in non-Muslim cemeteries. Scholars have agreed that a Muslim should not be buried in a cemetery for disbelievers, nor a disbeliever in a cemetery for Muslims.
