What should I do about being wronged and threatened by managers at work, despite my attempts to advise them and raise my complaints?

Injustice is forbidden. And whoever cannot remove injustice from himself by complaining, let him resort to supplication and ask Allah to protect him from the evil of the oppressor, while continuing to advise the oppressors and remind them of Allah, and regularly recite the prescribed invocations in the morning and evening and when leaving the house.
