What should I do at work regarding the harassment I am facing from my manager, after reporting a colleague's transgressions, in order to rectify the situation without incurring Allah's wrath?

Advice (Nasiha) is one of the greatest branches of faith. Whoever undertakes it may face harm and rejection, so they must be patient and put their trust in Allah. If you fulfill the duty of giving advice with the intention of reform, then do not grieve over what has befallen you. Turn to Allah and say, "Allah is sufficient for me, and [He is] the best Disposer of affairs," for the adversary's plot will rebound on him, and the supplication of the wronged is answered. We advise you to leave this job and search for another place, or take a leave if possible, or forgo the job to dedicate your effort to your home and children. Allah will reward you for that.
