Is it permissible to donate the sum of a vow to purchase a chandelier for a mosque, for the mosque's own infirmary, or for another mosque in need of maintenance?

Whoever vows an act of obedience must fulfill it, for the Prophet, peace and blessings be upon him, said: "Whoever vows to obey Allah, let him obey Him." If the mosque for which you vowed the chandelier is still in need of it, then it is obligatory to spend it on that mosque. However, if it is not in need of it, there is no harm in spending those funds for the benefit of other mosques. If the revenue from the clinic is spent on the mosque's interests, then there is no harm in purchasing beds for it from those funds, or other equipment. But if the revenue from the clinic is not spent on the mosque's interests, then it is not permissible to spend what was vowed for the mosque on it.
