What is the ruling on combining two prayers without an excuse?

It is not permissible to combine two prayers, and a Muslim must perform each obligatory prayer at its appointed time as long as he is healthy and resident. This is what is established from the Messenger of Allah, may Allah bless him and grant him peace. Combining prayers is a concession for the sick and the traveler, as well as in the case of rain and similar legitimate excuses.
