Is it permissible for a woman to give zakat to her needy husband to build a house, and also to her needy father?

It is permissible for a wife to give her to her poor husband who is in need of housing. As for a father who is in need of financial support, it is obligatory for his daughter to spend on him, and she should not give her Zakat to him.
