What is the ruling on subscribing to an internet service with neighbors, some of whom access non-beneficial websites?

If you do not know whether they access forbidden websites, then sharing the subscription with them is permissible. However, if you are certain, or it is highly probable, that they access forbidden websites, then you incur sin in three cases:

1. If you are the primary subscriber and consent to sharing with those who access forbidden websites, then you are directly responsible for introducing corruption. 2. If their subscription depends on yours, meaning your refusal would prevent them, then it is not permissible for you to subscribe because you would be aiding them in sin. Allah says: (And do not cooperate in sin and aggression). 3. If the company prohibits group subscriptions and requires individual subscriptions, then all of you incur sin.

However, if you are not the primary subscriber, and the service provider's terms do not prohibit sharing the subscription, then it is permissible for you to share the subscription with your neighbors, because what you pay is for your own benefit from the service, and it plays no role in bringing corruption to them.
