Is what is said before prayer—"Straighten your rows, stand close together, the intention is in the heart, do not precede the Imam nor be并行 with him, increase your supplications in prostration, do not leave a gap between yourself and your brother in the row"—from the Sunnah or from innovation?

The Prophet, peace and blessings be upon him, commanded the straightening of rows and the closing of gaps therein. However, the Imam should not continually use other phrases that have not been authentically reported from the Prophet, peace and blessings be upon him, nor from his Companions. Rather, it is better to clarify these matters to the congregants after the prayer or in a private lesson.
