ما هي الأدلة والنصوص الشرعية على تسوية الصفوف قبل إقامة الصلاة؟

The Prophetic Sunnah does not mention that the Prophet, peace and blessings be upon him, used to straighten the rows before the iqamah (call to commence prayer). Rather, it appears that he would straighten them after the iqamah and before commencing the prayer, as narrated in the hadith of Anas ibn Malik, may Allah be pleased with him. The jurists have mentioned the desirability of instructing the congregants to straighten the rows after the iqamah and before the takbirat al-ihram (opening takbir), and that it is desirable for the Imam to wait for the takbirat al-ihram until the rows are straightened.
