Is it permissible for the Imam to say after the Iqamah (call to commence prayer): "Indeed, Allah and His angels pray upon those who straighten the rows," and what is the source of this statement?

This wording is found in an authentic Hadith narrated by Tirmidhi from Aisha (may Allah be pleased with her), who said: The Messenger of Allah (peace be upon him) said: "Indeed, Allah and His angels send blessings upon those who straighten the rows. And whoever fills a gap, Allah raises him a degree thereby." It was also narrated by Ibn Majah, Al-Bayhaqi, and Ibn Hibban, and authenticated by Al-Albani.
