Is a divorced woman suffering from frigidity, for which she finds no effective treatment, obligated to inform a suitor about her condition, knowing that her divorce was not due to it?

The jurists have stipulated that the defects which validate the option of annulment (faskh) are those that prevent intercourse (such as ratq, qarn, jabb, khisa’, and ‘unna), and repellent or contagious defects (such as leprosy, vitiligo, hemorrhoids, fistula, and flowing sores in the private parts). It is obligatory to disclose these defects. Anything other than these does not require disclosure. The woman should seek treatment through supplication (du’a), remembrance (dhikr), seeking forgiveness (istighfar), legal ruqyah, and consulting specialized doctors.
