Does the emission of pre-seminal fluid during a Ramadan day after waking up from sleep, accompanied by a prior feeling of lust and the placement of an adhesive patch on the penis, invalidate the fast or constitute masturbation? And does performing ghusl (ritual bath) from janabah (major ritual impurity) in this situation invalidate the fast? And does subsequent hesitation in the intention to break the fast invalidate it?

The answer indicates that obsessive thoughts are the reason behind these repetitive questions, and it is advised to ignore them. The following points clarify the validity of the fast in this situation:

1. If it is highly probable that the discharge is madhy (pre-seminal fluid), the fast is not invalidated, even if it turns out to be maniy (seminal fluid). 2. Placing an adhesive on the penis is not considered masturbation unless it is done with the intention of extracting semen. 3. The ghusl (ritual bath) that was performed was unnecessary and was due to obsessive thoughts, as the emission of madhy does not necessitate ghusl. 4. Calming oneself does not invalidate the fast nor is it considered hesitation in intention. Hesitation in breaking the intention of fasting does not invalidate it.

Therefore, the fast is valid and does not require qada' (making up the fast) or ghusl. The second question should be submitted independently.
