Is there a farewell circumambulation for 'Umrah performed at a time other than that of Hajj, or not?

It is prescribed for the pilgrim performing 'Umrah, especially if he stays in Mecca after his 'Umrah, to perform the Farewell Circumambulation (Tawaf al-Wada') upon his departure from Mecca. However, it is not obligatory for him to do so, according to the sounder of the two opinions of the scholars.
