Does the Friday Prayer become waived for a traveler if he intends to travel at the time of the prayer, and is it permissible to combine the Friday Prayer and the Asr Prayer at one time?

Traveling on Friday for someone who is obligated to attend Jumu'ah prayer has two scenarios:

The first: To travel after Zawwal (midday). This is not permissible unless the person can perform Jumu'ah prayer on their way, or fears missing their companions.

The second: To travel before Zawwal but after dawn. This is a matter of scholarly disagreement. The Malikis and Hanbalis consider it reprehensible (makrooh), while the Hanafis permit it. The Shafi'is deem it forbidden (haram), and reprehensible on the night of Jumu'ah. It is preferable to avoid this to steer clear of the disagreement.
