What is the ruling on Friday prayer while traveling? And is it prayed two rak'ahs with Asr?

A traveler is not obligated to pray Jumu'ah (Friday prayer). However, if he prays it with the people, it suffices for his Dhuhr (noon prayer). But praying it as two rak'ahs individually, or combining it with Asr (afternoon prayer), is not sufficient. Rather, he is obligated to pray Dhuhr in its place. He is permitted to combine Dhuhr with Asr and shorten them.
