What are the pauses in the Prophetic supplication (Du'a)?

The Prophet's Hajj (peace be upon him) included six stations for supplication (Du'a):

1. At Safa and Marwah: This is done by facing the Qibla, raising the hands, and making the supplication mentioned in tradition. This is repeated three times with supplications in between. The supplication is made at the beginning of the circuits, not at their end.

2. On the Day of Arafat: Supplication continues until sunset, and it is the best of supplications.

3. In Muzdalifah: It is sunnah to raise the hands, facing the Qibla, and supplicate from after the Fajr prayer until the morning light.

4. At the First Jamrah (the Small) and the Second Jamrah (the Middle): Supplication is made after pelting them on the days of Tashreeq. Supplication is not prescribed after pelting the Grand Jamrah.
