Is one sacrifice, purchased from "the Family Fund," sufficient for everyone, despite each individual's ability to purchase their own sacrifice?

If the intention behind participating in the Udhiyah (sacrifice) from the family fund is to share its cost, then this is not permissible if the sacrifice is from sheep, because a single sheep is only sufficient for one person. However, it is permissible for a man to sacrifice a sheep on behalf of himself and his household. As for camels and cattle, one animal is sufficient for seven people, so it is permissible for you to share its cost from the family fund if you are seven or fewer.
