If the disfigurement of the nose reaches a severe degree of distortion, there is no harm in performing an operation to restore it to moderation. However, if the change does not amount to disfigurement, then the operation is not permissible. This world is a place of trial, and the patient will be given their reward without reckoning, and the solution to crises is not suicide.
