Does the second installment of rent for the sold building go to the seller or the buyer, if it was sold after collecting the first installment of the annual rent?

The rent has three scenarios:
1. If it was agreed that it is for you, then it is yours.
2. If it was agreed that it is for him, then it is his; based on the Prophet's (peace be upon him) saying: "Muslims are bound by their conditions, except for a condition that forbids what is lawful or permits what is unlawful."
3. If there was no agreement, the rent is yours if you informed the buyer that the building is rented. If you did not inform him, then he has the option to uphold or annul the contract. The sale of a rented property is valid, and the buyer owns the sold item stripped of its usufruct until the lease expires.
