This is based on the Almighty's saying: "And cooperate in righteousness and piety, but do not cooperate in sin and aggression. And fear Allah; indeed, Allah is severe in penalty." As for supporting your mother and siblings, this does not permit working in unlawful fields unless the situation reaches a level of dire necessity where abstaining from the work would lead to perishing, all while continuously searching for another permissible job.
