Is it obligatory to give the partners who own two-thirds a portion of the olive oil produced, taking into consideration that they received financial compensation and did not give the owners of one-third anything?

If the army compensated the partners only for the exploitation of their land, then you have no right to the amount, but you have the right to claim similar compensation. However, if the compensation was for the entire land, then you are entitled to one-third of the amount. As for the oil, if it was compensation only for your right, then you are not obliged to give the partners anything. But if it was compensation for the olive fruits from the entire land, then you may take your share of it according to your right of which you were deprived.
