How is an inherited house divided among the heirs, knowing that each of them has a special role in it, and that the sister lives outside the house and wants her share?

If the heirs are limited to the wife and children, the deceased's estate is divided as follows:

- The wife receives one-eighth due to the presence of children. - What remains after the wife's share goes to the children by way of ta'seeb (agnatic inheritance), with the male receiving the share of two females.

As for the house, it is appraised and divided among the heirs according to each one's share, or it is sold and its price is distributed among them. Any income from rent is also divided among them. They are permitted to divide it by mutual agreement and consent, provided that the mature and discerning adult is content.
