How is the deceased's house divided among his heirs, who are: his two wives (one of whom is the mother of six sons and two daughters, and the other is the mother of one son and one daughter), and his mother, given the second wife's desire to live in a complete floor?

The inheritance is to be divided as follows: The mother receives one-sixth due to the existence of a direct heir. The two wives collectively receive one-eighth, divided equally between them, also due to the existence of a direct heir. The remaining portion goes to the deceased's children, with the male receiving the share of two females. If there is nothing but the house, the heirs will share in it, and it will be divided among them according to their legal shares. Any heir refusing division will be compelled by the Sharia judge. If division is impractical and the house cannot be beneficially used when divided, it shall be sold, and its price distributed among the heirs.
