What is the ruling on buying and selling with Banque Saudi Fransi using the Murabaha (Tawarruq) system that it offers in the form of metals?

"Murabaha selling is permissible under certain conditions. However, the organized Tawarruq practiced by some banks and companies is not true Tawarruq; rather, it is a stratagem to circumvent Riba (usury). Therefore, it is forbidden to engage in such transactions. A resolution from the Islamic Fiqh Academy has been issued prohibiting this."
