Is forging some information in documents, based on requests that do not seem to violate the law or harm anyone, considered among the forbidden acts?

Forgery in official documents is not permissible Islamically because it is a form of deception and trickery, which is forbidden. This is based on the Prophet, peace and blessings be upon him, who said: "Whoever cheats is not from me," and "Whoever deceives us is not from us, and deceit and trickery are in the Hellfire." Therefore, forgery is absolutely impermissible.
