Among the symptoms of jinn possession are chest tightness, depression, sadness, mental distraction, aversion to the remembrance of Allah, sudden heart palpitations, numbness or tremors or involuntary movements, irritability and quick anger, excessive whispers (), lethargy and laziness, persistent headaches that do not respond to medication, and continuous nightmares and frightening dreams.
