Is it permissible for a woman to seek divorce due to harm from her husband's refusal to engage in marital intimacy, and is she entitled to her deferred mahr if she leaves the marital home without his permission?

Quranic recitations that contain changes in words are irregular recitations (shādhdhah) and not continuous (mutawātirah). As for a wife leaving her husband's home and seeking divorce without a reason, it is not permissible, unless the wife is harmed by remaining with the husband; in that case, she is permitted to seek a divorce due to harm, and Islamic law has allowed this to remove the harm from her. She may also pursue a khulʿ (divorce at the wife's instance, usually by giving compensation) if the husband refuses to grant a divorce. If the husband agrees to the divorce, she is entitled to all her rights resulting therefrom.
