Does recording the Prophetic Sunnahs and disseminating them via mobile phone—without urging people to act upon them—make the one who does so among those who have revived the Prophetic Sunnah, thereby earning the reward mentioned in the Hadith: "Whoever revives a Sunnah... will have its reward and the reward of those who act upon it"?

The Hadith: "Whoever revives a Sunnah from my Sunnah, and it is acted upon, will have the reward of whoever acts upon it, without diminishing anything from their rewards." Al-Albani said about it: "Sahih li ghayrihi (authentic due to external corroboration)." The meaning of "revives a Sunnah" is to make it manifest and spread it through word or action. Recording established Sunnahs, disseminating them, codifying them, and transmitting them is a form of spreading them through word, and it falls within the scope of the Hadith.
