Why was the raven mentioned in the story of Adam's sons (peace be upon him)?

When the son of Adam killed his brother, Allah sent a crow scratching the earth to show the killer how to bury the naked corpse of his brother. So the killer regretted his inability to do the same. The wisdom behind specifying the crow is that the crow, unlike other animals, is the one that buries things, as it is the custom of the crow to bury things.
