The question

Is it true what is said about the Prophet Sulaiman that ravens caw to humans out of love and as a warning of dangers, and is what happens of bad events after hearing the raven's caw considered a bad omen, knowing that ravens possess neither benefit nor harm, and if that is true, how do ravens know of such danger, and do they hear the conspiracies of the devils?

The answer

All events in the universe occur by the decree and preordainment of Allah. The mentioned report about Sulaiman (peace be upon him) has not been cited, despite the established fact of his knowledge of the language of birds. Pessimism regarding crows and inferring good or evil from their cawing are practices of the pre-Islamic era (Jahiliyyah) that Islam has abolished.
